NSS Certification

The NSS Certification module from NAVISYS s.r.o. allows users to enable and set the conditions for the certification of items, customers, vendors, and resource cards in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

The module offers the following functionalities:

• a page for setting up the product, customer, vendor, and resource card certification. Within this setting, you can set a template with fields that must be filled in on the cards during certification.
• performing card certification of items, customers, vendors, or resources according to settings. Card certification can be canceled and redone.
• if product card certification is enabled, then an uncertified product card cannot be inserted into the lines of sales or purchase documents. The card certification check is also carried out when the document is issued and posted.
• if customer card certification is enabled, then an uncertified customer card cannot be inserted into the sales documents. The certification check is also carried out when the document is issued and posted.
• if vendor card certification is enabled, then an uncertified vendor card cannot be inserted into purchase documents. The certification check is also carried out when the document is issued and posted.
• if resource card certification is enabled, then an uncertified resource card cannot be inserted into the lines of sales or purchase documents. The certification check is also carried out when the document is issued and posted.
• no modifications can be made to the certified cards of items, customers, vendors, and resources.
